My verbosity is an atrocity for meagre minds who have no want to be/
Those who strive for answers to the life riddles, did you know my mind’s been fiddled/
By the ones who want you to see… h-i-s-t-o-r-y, not the way it’s meant to be/
But how they’ve…devised, seeing it through their eyes,
However deletion of the facts was unwise…
‘Cause sooner or later the facts were gonna be revealed
And my oh my….what did it make me me feel
To know that I’d been fed a fairy tale, where the real story was kept behind …the vale…
Of carefully constructed sentences
A plausible plot line.
Madly or maybe sadly it come to pass, you can no longer trick my arse
Cause I’m seeing it like it is
All the missing pieces of trickster jigsaw
Are moving into place – yep this is a shocked look on my face
Cause in the consciousness of my subconsciousness I knew there was a deeper story
Like a hidden narrative that you just would not give
Cause it was just too gory
But that’s the key, you can blind me, but in the end you can’t fool me
‘Cause the eye of my soul, will search for the whole… Meaning and story
I give God the glory, because… If it were up to me I would be judging you, ’cause of the things you do!
You see if you only knew, how memories now take on a new… Hue
I won’t be a cynic, but I pray I don’t mimic
Your inadvertent half truths
That had me believing and at times even grieving for the wrong characters in the play…
But hey there will come a day when all this is washed away
And we’ll respect one another as father mother sister brother
Not that I don’t respect you now but the man you made your sacred cow..
Might have come between us,
Like a restless child in their parents bed
Only when they go back to their room can peace prevail
